Linda Dieffenbach has a gift for creating safe, sacred, heart-centered spaces where clients feel nurtured, seen, and supported. In this space, clients are able to open up to deeper conversations and bring their wounded selves into the light for healing.

Utilizing the wisdom of the body’s energy system, compassionate coaching, and intuitive guidance, Linda helps her clients find clarity, connection, empowerment, and encouragement as they move forward on their healing journey.

Linda holds this safe, heart-centered space for her clients because—like them—she understands disconnection, self-doubt, deep pain, and trauma. She also knows the emotional, physical, and spiritual freedom available when individuals ask the universe for support and take control of their healing journey.

Together with her clients, Linda identifies what is holding them back and uses a comprehensive healing approach to balance their energy system, break through blockages, and reclaim wellness. Along the way, clients are empowered with a toolkit of knowledge and practices to take an active, sustainable role in their self-care, in addition to receiving energetic nourishment and healing.

Linda’s Journey as a Healer

From an early age, Linda was drawn toward helping others, sensing her intuition, and feeling the energy of the world around her. She felt nourished and energized through nature before she had the words to explain it. Having experienced trauma and depression firsthand, she often sought external guidance to understand her true self and longed deeply to feel valued and validated.

Linda transformed this desire for self-knowledge, healing, and security into helping others. Although she had no exposure to energy or holistic healing growing up, she knew that helping others heal was non-negotiable. So, she pursued a career in mainstream social services and behavioral health. However, she quickly saw the restrictive, unsupportive, and often damaging structures in those systems and was determined to find a better way.

The Birth of Wellness in Harmony, llc

Linda discovered and fell in love with meditation, Reiki, chakra healing, and other holistic energy work as part of her personal healing journey. She instantly knew she wanted to transition her career to become a holistic energy practitioner.

Her energy training began with Reiki, which opened her to a world where true transformational healing seemed possible. When she met her personal mentor, Elizabeth Frediani, her healing journey deepened profoundly. She experienced profound personal healing and immense inspiration through Elizabeth’s methods. When Elizabeth offered to train Linda as a facilitator for Chakra Clearing with Applied Integration™, Linda jumped at the opportunity and now offers this powerful healing tool to others.

Since that time, Linda has continued to expand her knowledge and skill base in healing and coaching modalities.

What started as a path to self-healing has grown into a platform to help other trauma survivors reconnect with their power—especially those impacted by the failing systems she was personally and professionally exposed to. As a trauma survivor, Linda ensures every client feels safe, seen, and supported because she deeply understands the importance of this.

  • 3+ years working with trauma-exposed youth in a wilderness setting as a counselor for youth in the criminal justice system
  • 10+ years as a behavioral healthcare trainer
  • Crisis counselor for individuals experiencing domestic violence
  • Extensive trauma-informed education
  • Experience facilitator in inner child healing and shadow work
  • 15+ years facilitating spiritual and wellness workshops and events
  • Skilled somatic embodiment and regulation expert
