Wellness in Harmony llc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. We invite you to access and use our website (the “Website”).
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any services, classes, programs, courses, scheduling tools, and content provided by Wellness in Harmony LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, scheduling services, or enrolling in any offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book services.
2. Scope of Offerings
This website provides access to trauma-informed coaching services, energy healing sessions, classes, workshops, trainings, online courses, and educational resources.
All offerings are educational and experiential in nature and do not replace licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care.
3. No Medical or Mental Health Services
We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions.
Participation in services or programs does not establish a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or clinical relationship. You are responsible for seeking licensed professional support when appropriate.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to schedule services or enroll in offerings unless otherwise stated with written parental or legal guardian consent.
5. Scheduling, Cancellations & Refunds
This policy applies to all bookings made through this website, Acuity Scheduling, or any associated platform.
A. Individual Services (1:1 Sessions)
- A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled services.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or issued a credit at the discretion of Wellness in Harmony LLC, subject to availability.
B. Classes, Workshops & Live Trainings
- No refunds are issued for classes, workshops, or live trainings.
- If cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the class start time, the participant may choose one of the following:
- Transfer enrollment to the next available offering of the same class, or
- Apply the paid balance as a non-transferable credit toward another class, program, or service offered by Wellness in Harmony LLC.
- Credits may be applied to a single future offering, may not be redeemed for cash, and must be used within six (6) months of the original class date.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the class are not eligible for transfer or credit.
C. Online Courses & Digital Programs
- All online courses and digital programs are non-refundable.
- Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and no exceptions are made.
D. Missed Sessions or Classes
Failure to attend a scheduled service, class, or training does not entitle the participant to a refund, transfer, or credit unless an exception has been granted in writing by Wellness in Harmony LLC via email or official registration confirmation.
6. Payments
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full according to the agreed schedule.
- Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services or programs until payment obligations are fulfilled.
7. Recordings
Some classes, trainings, or programs may be recorded for educational, training, or business purposes, including use within future offerings.
By participating, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to appear on recordings, you are responsible for disabling your camera or notifying us in advance when applicable.
All recordings remain the property of Wellness in Harmony LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed.
8. Certificates & Educational Use
Certificates of completion, when offered, acknowledge participation in an educational program.
Certificates do not confer licensure, clinical credentials, or guaranteed eligibility to practice in any jurisdiction. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with any local, state, or professional requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, course materials, recordings, handouts, documents, audio, video, and written materials are the intellectual property of Wellness in Harmony LLC, unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, distributed, recorded, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
10. Participation & Conduct
Participants agree to engage respectfully in all sessions, classes, and community spaces.
We reserve the right to remove participants from services or programs at our sole discretion, without refund, if conduct is disruptive, unethical, unsafe, or violates established boundaries.
11. Assumption of Responsibility
By participating in services or programs, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and outcomes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wellness in Harmony LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services, programs, or use of this website.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellness in Harmony LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation, use of the website, or violation of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for the policies, functionality, availability, or practices of third-party platforms used for scheduling, hosting, or payments, including but not limited to Acuity Scheduling, Academy LMS, and payment processors.
15. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
