Appointment Cancellation Policy
Wellness in Harmony has a 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. We strive to provide you with the highest level of service and support at all times. Last minute cancellations prevent others from accessing our services, and the appointments are difficult to fill, leading to loss of time and revenue on our part. Please be aware that if you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full service fee will be charged to you.
Online Course and Program Cancellation/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of online learning programs, refunds will only be issued if requested within 72 hours of purchase AND the student has not accessed the online program. If both conditions are met, a refund will be issued less a $100 administrative fee.
Live Class Cancellation/Refund Policy
- 24 hour notice must be provided if a student is unable to attend a scheduled class or workshop. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or last minute cancellations. Cancellations made prior to 24 hours of the class will be issued a refund less a 20% administrative fee.
- In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, live classes and events may be transferred to an online format. Students will be notified and provided with access information within 4 hours of the class start time.
